Holiday Products from Lifetouch
We have an opportunity to offer some fantastic new portrait products to you for the upcoming Holidays. The Lifetouch Holiday program offers new and exciting holiday products utilizing the current Fall portraits of your children. This is an inexpensive way to offer you new gift ideas just in time for the Holiday Season. Here's how the program works. All students that were photographed this fall will receive the Holiday Package to take home and review in the privacy of your home. You may return any unwanted products to the school with no obligation to purchase. You may purchase the entire package or any separate sheet and return payment in the enclosed envelope to the school. Every purchase will support a donation from Lifetouch to our school. We hope you will enjoy these exciting new product offerings and your participation is greatly appreciated. PTA Pancake Breakfast with Santa
Please join us for the annual PTA Pancake Breakfast with Santa on December 5th at 8:30-10:30 in the Alvey cafeteria. During this time students will be able to visit with Santa and shop at the Holiday Workshop. Breakfast will be pancakes, sausage, milk, juice, and coffee. Tickets are $7 person and must be purchased by November 20th. If you are willing to volunteer, please contact Nina Kraemer at nkream03@yahoo.com.

Check Your Child's Grades Online
Starting today, parents will be able to check their 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade students' grades online.
1. To do this, go to the Alvey website.
www.pwcs.edu/alveyes
2. Click on the Edulink InTouch button on the left hand side.
3. Enter your SchoolFusion/Edulink user name and password.
4. Click on the gradebook button.
5. Click on each class to view the grades.
If you do not yet have a SchoolFusion/Edulink account, stop by the Alvey office with photo ID to pick up your passcode/registration information. You can pick up these up during parent/teacher conference day on November 3rd or during any school day.

SchoolFusion and Edulink InTouch - Your Home/School Communication Tools
Stay connected to the happenings at Alvey. In order to receive emails about school events, you must make sure you have verified your email address in the SchoolFusion system and follow the steps below.
1. Log onto the SchoolFusion page.
2. Scroll down and click on the My Personal Settings link on the lower left side.
3. Make sure a valid email address is listed. If you have not verified the address, you will see a message asking you to verify at the top of the page. Please click on the link and follow the instructions for verifying.
4. Click on the Notifications tab.
5. Click on the Daily Activity Notfications link.
6. Click Yes and Submit to receive emails.
7. Click on the Setup Daily Digests link and choose whether to receive your daily digest on the day of or the day before the event.
This is a great way to stay connected!
